Huddyer Trades provides educational trading mentorship and coaching focused on market structure, execution discipline, risk management, and trader development. All content is provided for educational purposes only. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By enrolling, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Payments & Access
All program fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing
Payment plans may be offered at our discretion
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access
Access to 1:1 mentorship is limited to the program term specified at enrollment.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Huddyer Trades, including but not limited to videos, lessons, call recordings, frameworks, templates, and community content, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully in all calls, communities, and interactions. Harassment, disruption, misuse of content, or policy violations may result in removal from the Program without refund.
6. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding profitability, performance, or trading results. Trading involves risk, and outcomes depend on individual effort, execution, and market conditions beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality
You agree not to share confidential or proprietary information obtained through mentorship calls, community discussions, or internal resources with non-members.
We expect all participants to respect the privacy of others.
8. Termination
Huddyer Trades reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any participant who violates these Terms or acts in a manner detrimental to the Program or community, without refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
